Статья посвящена современным практикам правового регулирования института конфликта интересов, обеспечивающим доверие общества к публичной власти, в отдельных государствах бывшего СССР в фокусе многовекторной конституционной реформы в России 2020 г. На основе сравнительного анализа выделены особенности нормативного и доктринального подходов в обеспечении лояльности политических элит и обеспечительного механизма взаимного общественно-государственного доверия в государствах бывшего СССР.
