Resumen: La pobreza es un hecho latente en el mundo y sobre todo en los paises en vias de desarrollo como el nuestro, el nivel de pobreza en un pais trae consigo el adelanto o retroceso del mismo, asi como el impedimento que sus ciudadanos puedan poseer una vivienda propia, alimentacion e inclusive vestimenta, por lo que todos los gobiernos implantan proyectos habitacionales con el fin de suplir sus deficits. Se tiene conocimiento que una de las formas para dotar de viviendas de una manera mas optima, es mediante la prefabricacion de los elementos que conforman la vivienda, con lo que se logra reducir costos de materiales, tiempo de ejecucion de construccion y mano de obra. Para el caso de la presente investigacion se ha buscado nuevos materiales para ser combinados con los tradicionales, buscando a la vez practicas mas amigables con el ambiente y la posibilidad de crear un espacio de aprendizaje para profesionales comprometidos con la situacion de pobreza de muchas familias de nuestro pais, convirtiendo a los conocimientos academicos en instrumentos de desarrollo y a los profesionales en el nexo entre quienes no logran satisfacer sus necesidades (pobladores) y quienes tiene los recursos y la responsabilidad de apoyarlos (Estado). Palabras clave: Panel prefabricado, carton, papel periodico, reciclaje, vivienda social. Abstract: Poverty is latent in the world, and especially in the countries in developing such as ours. The poverty level brings with it the advance or retreat of a country, as well as the impediment that its citizens may possess an own housing, food and even clothing, so all Governments tend to implement housing projects in order to supplement their deficits. It is known that one of the ways to provide housing in a more optimal way, is through the prefabrication of the elements that make up housing, which helps to reduce materials costs, time of construction and workmanship. In the case of the present investigation, we have looked for new materials to be combined with those traditional, at time that we have been seeking more environmentally friendly practices, and the possibility of creating a learning space for professionals committed to poverty of many families in our country, converting to knowledge in development tools and the professionals at the nexus between those who fail to meet their needs (people) and who has the resources and the responsibility to support them (State).
