Radiological examination of almost healthy patient on the cone beam computer tomograph  for the purpose of determination density levels of maxillofacial area bone concerning density of the teeth roots is conducted. Three-dimensional reconstruction of teeth roots and surrounding tissues was positioned as a dental volume tomography with possibility of densitometry. The level of bone density relative to the density of the central teeth roots of the lower jaw (the buttress of the lower jaw) is an objective criterion of the condition of periodontal tissues, which also allows to compare the obtained data with the numeric criteria for various forms of chronic generalized periodontitis.
