The representatives of genus Cerasus (Mill.) are important crops with a wide range of economic valuable properties. Some varieties are of limited occurrence because they are hardly propagated traditionally or due to their novelty. The application of clonal micropropagation methods helps to enlarge the range of new varieties and to simplify the production of the hardly propagated ones. The in vitro influence of the genotype, the mineral base of nutrient medium and the concentration of growth regulators on the implementation of morphogenetic potential of С. incise (Thunb.) variety «Kojou –no-mai»; C. fruticosa (Pall.) variety «Cupid»; C. vulgaris (MILL.) variety «Zhukovskaya», «Molodezhnaya», «Kharitonovskaya», was investigated. The interaction between the mineral base and the concentration of growth factors had the highest impact of 34% on the reproduction rate.
