Article is devoted to a hot topic of prophylaxis of development of ecodependent pathology in the population. For its development results of the review of literature on adverse influence on health, including children, harmful industrial wastes and, on the example of red slime, results of own research of a possibility of their economic utilization are given in construction without harm for health. The conducted researches allow to make a series of the conclusions having great economic value, being that use of red slime in construction will lead to depression of a technogenic load on the biosphere and will improve consumer properties of building concrete constructions. On the basis of introduction of modern waste-free technologies in the industry, the attempt in use of a wastage of aluminous production in construction is made, the last will bring to improvement of a bionomics of the inhabited places, and will affect depression of the general pathology as among the population and also a prematurity and pathology at children in physical, intellectual, mental and speech development.
