Este artigo analisa a ideia de direitos no pensamento dos autores Ronald Dworkin, Amartya Sen e Martha Nussbaum. O objetivo é investigar pontos de convergência e divergência entre a abordagem teórica dos filósofos. A partir do diálogo entre as concepções de Dworkin, Sen e Nussbaum, conclui que é necessário pensar a justiça e os direitos a partir da realidade concreta, isto é, verificando as oportunidades, liberdades e desigualdades existentes de fato.
