In relevant higher vocational colleges, the management of secondary colleges The model is gradually being applied. However, judging from the current application of the secondary college management model in the management of higher vocational colleges, the concepts of some higher vocational colleges need to be updated, the related systems are not perfect, and the initiative in resource allocation is not sufficient. In this regard, it is necessary to do a good job of emancipating the mind, promote the continuous improvement of related work systems, promote more scientific and efficient secondary management, and improve the overall management and development level.
