Radio and television director is an applied subject compared to the basic subject, and its teaching content is often adjusted with the development of mainstream media. However, there is still a serious mismatch between the form and content of professional teaching and the demand for social work posts, which leads to the students' professional knowledge can't be perfectly adapted to the needs of their social work.
