Received: 9 January 2020 Accepted: 14 November 2020 A problem of unsteady MHD convective flow of liquid lead through an impulsively started semi infinite vertical porous plate in presence of a transversely applied uniform magnetic field under the effects of Hall current, ion slip current and chemical reaction is investigated. The fluid is considered to be incompressible while the magnetic Reynolds number is assumed to be very small. An exact solution to the flow model is obtained adopting Laplace Transform Technique in closed form. The effects of the relevant physical parameters on the velocity field, temperature field and concentration field are displayed graphically and the effects on skin friction, Nusselt number and Sherwood number are presented in tabular form.
