Celem pracy było dokonanie charakterystyki demograficznej zrekonstruowanych rodzin w parafii Nowy Korczyn w drugiej połowie XVIII wieku. Dokonano tego, posługując się uznaną w nauce demografii metodą rekonstrukcji rodzin opracowaną przez Louisa Henry’ego, polegającą na imiennym przyporządkowaniu parom małżeńskim wszystkich zdarzeń demograficznych zanotowanych w parafialnych rejestrach. W rezultacie zastosowania tej metody uzyskano 265 zrekonstruowanych rodzin zamkniętych oraz 317 rodzin otwartych. Dodatkowo Abstract
