Neuroethics is a new field of knowledge in relationship with bioethics. Through this it is tried to understand which are the ethical, social and political implications that arise from the transfer of knowledges about the brain to the clinical practice and the public domain. It is mentioned in this work the most frequent issues treated in the current literature about neuroethics. In this way, certain ethical conflicts are mentioned associated with the use of specific technologies for the study of cerebral bases of mental functions (for example, brain magnetic resonance imaging), and for the cognitive enhancement (for example, the psycho-stimulants).
