In recent decades, the activities of major American IT companies have significantly increased the risks in the field of information security and personal data protection in the United States, revealing the national legislation gap regarding the development of modern technologies. On the one hand, privacy has been violated by the IT companies, whose servers store personal data of millions of citizens from different countries.
