Basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) are two important malignancies belonging tothe non-melanoma group of cancers. SCC usually occurs on photo exposed sites like face and is commonin advancing age individuals. Cumulative sun exposure is an important risk factor. Synchronous SCC offace is rare presentation. Surgical management becomes a challenge in elderly due to anaesthesia relatedcomplications and other co morbidities. Our patient had no other comorbidity hence we opted for surgicalcorrection of such giant tumour.Keywords: SCC, Surgery, Elderly.
