The qualitative research shows a theoretical and analytical review about skills of social responsibility which are necessary in an international process of the curriculum to give a response from the global needs academy. This research had as purpose to analyze the importance of the skills of social responsibility for the fulfillment of the internationalization of the curriculum. To do this, the studies and theories of the curriculum internationalization and the skills of global leaders and socially responsible were related. The results allow finding that the curriculum internationalization is influenced by skills related with the ethical commitments with stakeholders, skills for the development of the systematic, creative and innovative thinking. In order of influences, these are followed by skills for the development of values such as responsibility, transparency and integrity formation.
