Bu calisma, 2017-2019 yillari arasinda Batman ili ve Hasankeyf ilcesindeki 13 farkli yerlesim yerinden toplanan ornekler uzerinde gerceklestirilmistir. Ornekler; cesitli yapraklar, agac kabugu, curumus bitki materyali ve hayvan atiklaridir. Toplanan tum ornekler uzerinde miksomiset sporoforunu gelistirmek icin nem odasi teknigine uygulanmistir. Ayrica, miksomisetler dogal alanlarinda materyaller uzerinde toplanmistir. Saha ve laboratuvar calismalari sonucunda 5 takim, 7 aile ve 12 cinse ait 33 takson elde edilmis ve tanimlanmistir ve Turkiye'nin mycetozoasina eklenmistir.
