Ozet: Bu calismanin amaci; arastirma bolgesi olan Konya ilinde bugday uretiminde tarim ilaclari kullaniminin incelenmesi ve birim alana dusen tarim ilaclari kullanim miktarinin herbisit, fungisit, insektisit ve rodentisit ayriminda tespit edilmesidir. Calismada kullanilan veriler bugday ureticilerinden anket yolu ile elde edilmistir. Tarim ilaclarinin aktif madde miktarlarinin hesaplanmasinda; anket sonuclarindan elde edilen tarim ilaclari kullanim miktari ile bu ilaclara ait aktif madde oranlari carpilmis ve aktif madde ayriminda toplulastirilmistir. Incelenen isletmelerde birim alana dusen tohum ve urun uygulamasi dâhil toplam aktif madde kullanimi 0.48 kg ha -1 ’dir. Incelenen isletmelerde aktif madde kullanimi Turkiye (0.47 kg ha -1 ) ortalamasina oldukca yakin bulunmustur. Bazi Avrupa ulkeleri ile incelenen isletmelerde aktif madde kullanimlari karsilastirildiginda; incelenen isletmelerde birim alana dusen aktif madde kullaniminin bu ulkelerden daha dusuk oldugu gorulmektedir. Bu durum, ulke genelinde oldugu gibi arastirma bolgesinde de entansiflesme duzeyinin dusuk oldugunu gostermektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Aktif madde, Bugday uretimi, Konya, Tarim ilaclari Pesticides Usage in Wheat Production: Case Study of Konya Abstract: The aim of this study was the examination of pesticides usage in wheat production, and the determination of pesticides use per unit area by the groups of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and rodenticides in Konya, which is research area. The data used in present study were obtained from the surveys conducted to wheat producers. The amount of pesticides usage obtained from the survey results were multiplied by the ratio of their active ingredients and the results were aggregated by the types of active ingredients. In examined farms, total amount of active ingredients per unit area, including both seed and crop applications was 0.48 kg ha -1 , which was so close to Turkey average (0.47 kg ha -1 ). When compared the usage amount of active ingredients per unit area with that in some European countries, we observed that the pesticides usage per area in the farms was lower than those in these countries. This situation indicated us that as similar to whole country, the intensification level in agricultural practices was lower in research area.
