This investigation has as purpose to determinate the contribution of the Tekoporã social program in the formation of human capital of children and adolescents; the beneficiaries in Paraguay since its implementation in the year 2005 until 2014. For its purpose, the various variables that determine human capital are specified as education, health and nourishment, explained by the Monetary Transfers with Coresponsibility, the main characteristic of the Tekoporã social program. Three geographical scenarios are presented: The first one constitutes Paraguay, from an educational perspective and the level of national income. The second pertains to the districts initially prioritized by the Tekoporã program, portrayed by the variables of health, education and nourishment; and that serve as Contribution of the Social Program Tekoporã in the formation of Human Capital of children and adolescents that are its beneficiaries in Paraguay. 2005-2014 ARTÍCULO CIENTÍFICO Contribución del Programa Social Tekoporã en la formación de 10.18004/pdfce/2076-054x/2015.021(41)029-034 González. Por lo tanto, eso es lo que se detallará en este artículo; y para ello se fijaron los siguientes objetivos específicos: a) Describir los criterios de selección de los beneficiarios del programa social Tekoporã; b) Examinar los mecanismos de verificación del cumplimiento de las corresponsabilidades en alimentación, salud y educación de los niños, niñas y adolescentes beneficiarios del programa; c) Discriminar en forma estadística dichas corresponsabilidades, y estimar el comportamiento del capital humano, a partir de las variables alimentación, salud y educación, condicionantes de la formación de capital humano en el largo plazo. Materiales y Métodos La investigación abarcó inicialmente el nivel de recolección de datos y estudios referentes a programas sociales con transferencias monetarias en la región, como los de México (1997) y Brasil (2002); y especialmente el Programa Tekoporã de Paraguay (Ver Tabla 1). Esto permitió seleccionar el tema en cuestión, delimitar el problema y establecer la siguiente hipótesis: “El Programa Social Tekoporã contribuye en la formación de capital humano de niños, niñas y adolescentes beneficiarios del mismo en el Paraguay”, que corresponde justamente al fin en el mediano y largo plazo que persigue este programa de transferencias monetarias con corresponsabilidades (Guttandin, 2007). a main parameter of comparison in regards to the third scenario.
