espanolEl principal objetivo de este estudio fue tratar de concretar cuales son los diferentes rasgos psicopatologicos y comportamentales de los alumnos “altamente perturbadores” que son considerados por las autoridades educativas del Principado de Asturias, Espana como el colectivo con mas dificultades para la intervencion escolar ordinaria. Se ha seleccionado una muestra representativa de 43 alumnos con estas caracteristicas, 41 varones, con una media de edad de 13.35 anos (DT=1.06) y se ha comparado su perfil con un grupo control normal de alumnos. Los resultados indicaron que los alumnos con comportamientos perturbadores presentaron mayores puntuaciones medias en la mayoria de las escalas del “Inventario multifasico de la personalidad de Minnesota para adolescentes” que el Grupo Control de comparacion. Tambien los alumnos con estos comportamientos mostraron mayores puntuaciones medias en los sindromes generales del “Youth self report” en comparacion con el anterior Grupo Control. Estos resultados permiten identificar y describir un perfil psicopatologico caracteristico de este tipo de colectivo educativo, con el fin de establecer y mejorar las estrategias y programas de intervencion. Futuras investigaciones deberian llevar a cabo seguimientos longitudinales, asi como el analisis de otros marcadores de riesgo, como endofenotipos. EnglishThe study was mainly at analysing which the different psychopathological features as well as the behavioural and emotional problems were in a sample of "highly disruptive" students who are considered by the school authorities from Principado de Asturias, Spain, as the group with more difficulties for ordinary educational intervention. To do this, a representative sample of 43 students with these characteristics, 41 male, with an average age of 13.35 years (SD = 1.06) was selected, and compared their profile with a normal control group of students. The results showed that the disruptive students had higher average scores in most of the scales of the “Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-Adolescent” than in the Control Group. Moreover, disruptive students showed higher average scores on general syndromes of the “Youth self report” in comparison to the aforementioned Control Group. These results allow identifying and describing a psychopathological profile characteristic of this type of educative group, in order to establish and improve strategies and intervention programs. Future lines should conduct follow up longitudinal studies and analyze other risk markers, such as endophenotypes.
