RESUMO : O presente estudo faz uma analise de como se configura a producao da escrita e do discurso do surdo na rede social Facebook, a fim de compreender os processos linguisticos envolvidos n esse contexto . Especificamente, descreve-se a relacao entre o texto escrito em Lingua Portuguesa e o discurso produzido pelo surdo e se analisa se a organi zacao da escrita implica a compreensao do discurso produzido. Para tanto, realiza-se um estudo qualitativo de cunho bibliografico baseado em autores como Severino (2007), Lakatos e Marconi (2001) e Gil (2002), composto por tres etapas, e faz-se a analise dos discursos produzidos a partir da Semântica Global proposta por Maingu e neau (2008) . Os resultados revelaram que o surdo considera fatores pertinentes ao contexto social em que ele esta inserido, pois enuncia o fruto de sua interacao com o mundo. Constata-se, nos enunciados produzidos, que elementos linguisticos como o tempo e a intencionalidade discursiva sao utilizados e, ainda, a referencia a outras obras e fatos exteriores. Conclui-se que a es trutura gramatical dos enunciados nao compromete a compreensao do discurso do surdo, tampouco e fator delimitante da aquisicao da segunda lingua . ABSTRACT : The present study does an analysis of the written production and speech of the deaf on the social network Facebook, aiming at understanding the linguistic processes involved in this context. Specifically, it is attempted to describe the relationship between the written text in Portuguese language and the speech produced by the deaf, and evaluate whether the writing system implies the understanding of the produced speech. Therefore, a qualitative study of bibliographical nature was performed, based on authors like Severino (2007), Lakatos and Marconi (2001), and Gil (2002), consisting of three stages. The analyses of the speech produced were accomplished considering the Global Semantic proposed by Maingueneau (2008). The results showed that the deaf considers relevant factors of the social context in which they are inserted, because they speech their interaction with the world. It was observed in the produced utterances that linguistic elements such as time and discursive were intentionality used, and also reference to other works and external facts. It was concluded that the grammatical structure of utterances does not compromise the understanding of deaf’s speech, neither it is a limiting factor of the second language acquisition .
