Resumo Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar erros de precisão durante a leitura oral de alunos do 6o ano do ensino fundamental de quatro escolas de Belém. Para a coleta e análise das amostras, utilizamos o método CBM (Curriculum-based measurement) que estabelece um minuto de leitura como suficientes para diagnosticar o nível de leitura dos alunos. Os resultados mostram que três escolas apresentam níveis de desempenho em relação à precisão mais próximos e uma está bem abaixo das demais. Também foram contabilizados os erros cometidos e analisados baseando-se nos estágios de desenvolvimento da leitura propostos por Chall (1983). Abstract This paper aims at presenting accuracy errors from 6 th -graders’ oral readings of four schools in Belém – Pará. Curriculum-based measurement was used to support data collection and analysis, which establishes that one minute of oral reading is enough to diagnose students’ performance level. The results show that three schools achieved performance levels close to one another and one school was far below the others. The number of errors was quantified and analyzed based on the stages of reading development, created by Chall (1983).
