Addition of alkaline fluorides to molten phosphates with a composition M I 2 O-Р 2 О 5 -Mn 2 O 3 and M I 2 O-Р 2 О 5 -M II O (М I – Li, Na, K) gradually changes the solubility of polyvalent metals oxides and shifts the crystallization areas in the corresponding melts. The results obtained are based on solubility curves found for Mn 2 O 3 , СоО and NiO in the fluxes of M I 2 O-Р 2 О 5 -MF and M I 2 O-Р 2 О 5 -MF (where М I – Li, Na, K) and X-Ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis. The presence of 10 and 20 % mass of fluorides provides molten polyphosphates depolymerization and yields pyro- Li 2 MnP 2 O 7 , K 2 CoP 2 O 7 , Na 2 CoP 2 O 7 and orthophosphates Na 2 Mn 3 (P 2 O 7 ) 2, NaMnPO 4 , NaNiPO 4 single crystals growth.
