This study conducted with juveniles who were given a counseling service, who were pushed to crime and with their families. The aim of the study is investigation of the effects of the family and other factors (school, economic / working status, friend, social environment, media and internet) on the inclining of the juvenile to the crime. Qualitative research methods used in this study. Indepth interviews were conducted with twenty girls and boys who have different socio-cultural characteristics, who were pushed to crime whose given a counseling servic and with their families. Answers obtained from the questions were translated from voice record to text. Then the collected data were analyzed using “MAXQDA 18”, one of the qualitative data analysis programs. In this study, it is seen that social factors rather than individual causes are effective in pushing children to crime. Although the most important factor in pushing children to crime is problematic relations within the family members, the other factors which dragging children to crime can be written as friends/peers, school, social environment (kinship, neighborhood, place of residence), media, economic factors, and drug addiction. It was seen that children defined the concept of crime in general by referring to their own actions.
