The settling conquests of the Turks in Anatolia started from 1040, and with the Malazgirt Victory obtained in 1071 in Malazgirt plain, the Eastern Anatolia came under domination of Seljuks. After Ahlatshahs, Ayyubids and Harezmshahs, Alaeddin Keykubat became a sovereign of the region in 1230, and after the central authority was weakened in 1243, while Ilkhanid governors were in the administration, Muş was governed by Gazan Khan (1295-1304). After this, the region first controlled by Uyrats, then from 1318 onwards came under the Sutays control, and this situation continued until the region was taken over by the Qara Qoyunlus in the 1350s. In this period, which was very active in terms of politics, Sheikh Abdülmelik (Sheikh Abri) Mosquee, which still exists in Esenlik Village of Muş's Bulanık District, catches our attention as a structure to be evaluated within the architecture of Middle Ages Turkish Architecture. In this period, which was very active in terms of politics, Sheikh Abdülmelik (Sheikh Abri) Mosque, which still exists in Esenlik Village of Muş's Bulanık District, catches our attention as a structure to be evaluated within the architecture of Middle Ages Turkish Architecture. The structure, was built in the first quarter of the XIV.century, has two naves paralel to the mihrab and in front of the mihrab is domed. This type of plan, we have seen in the Ghazne and Great Seljuk mosques, completed its main development in Anatolia in the Artuklu mosques. The Esenlik Sheikh Abdulmelik Mosque is also important due to be the represantative of the similar plan type in Eastern Anatolia in the beginning of the XIV.century. In addition to these, in the recent studies, it was determined that the wakfiyya dated M.1333 and Sheikh Abdulmelik. who built the mosque. In the wakfiyya of the building, the mosque and the zawiya are named after the mosque. In the Bitlis Yearbook of M.1898, the lodge and the madrasah were recorded. This village has become an important center since the Middle Ages, known for the knowledge and wisdom of Sheikh Abdülmelik and only the mosque mentioned in the wakfiyya has survived. It has been revealed that Esenlik Village should be studied as a whole together with the existing or unexamined structures and it is necessary to work again in the light of previous studies and new findings. This issue is included in our work program by correspondence with the necessary official institutions.
