Instructors are role models for the undergraduate students. This study aims to identify the instructors’ negative in-class behaviors from the perspective of students’ in-class experiences. This qualitative research has the phenomenological pattern. The study group consists of undergraduate students of two different state universities. The study shows that the instructors’ negative in-class behaviors are coded under the titles of injustice, suppression, inability to pass knowledge, not accepting the opposite ideas, failing students deliberately, inability in assessment, threat, insensitivity and not accepting his/her own mistakes.
