With this study, a scale that would determine students' motivation towards Operating Systems and Applications Course was developed. While developing the scale, the expert was consulted for content validity at validity stage, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted for construct validity. At the end of the analyses, a scale consisting of 23 items and 2 factors was obtained. At the end of the validity and reliability studies, Cronbach's alpha was calculated as 0,946, and the total variance was calculated as %57,529. As for the factor load of the items, they were found to be between 0,853 and 0,592. In line with these results, it can be said that the validity and reliability of the scale was ensured.
