Background. Due to psycho-immuno-neurophysiologic feedback, the biofeedback enables not only the control of physiological parameters, but also helps to regulate the emotional states and cognitive operations. Objectives. The aim was to assess the efficiency of BF-HRV training in the scope of emotional regulation. Material and Methods. Experimental and the control group consisted of 30 volunteers. Their age was 21–25 years. The experimental group, unlike the control group, participated in 4-week BF-HRV training and was asked during the week 4 to take the emotional Stroop test before and after biofeedback sessions.
