Bu arastirmada, bireysel hesap verebilirlik kavrami ve ardillari arasindaki iliskilerde algilanan orgutsel destek ve orgutlerin sikilik durumunun duzenleyici rolunu incelemek amaclanmistir. Bu amacla, Adana Şehir Hastanesi’nde anket yontemi kullanilarak 863 veri elde edilmistir. Sonuclara gore bireysel hesap verebilirlik kavrami; ise bagli gerginlik, duygusal emegin boyutlari ve baglamsal performansla pozitif iliskiliyken is tatmini ile negatif iliskilidir. Ayrica, algilanan orgutsel destegin, hesap verebilirlik ve bazi ardillar (is tatmini, baglamsal performans, sahte duygular) arasinda duzenleyici rolu saptanirken hesap verebilirlik ve diger ardillar (ise bagli gerginlik, derinlemesine eylem, gizlenen duygular) arasinda duzenleyici rolu olmadigi saptanmistir. Benzer sekilde, bireysel duzeyde hesap verebilirlik kavrami ve butun ardillari arasindaki iliskilerde sikilik durumunun duzenleyici rolu olmadigi saptanmistir.
