The article reveals the approaches to the partnership of state and non-state forms of social assistance for children with disabilities (HIA) and children with disabilities in the Irkutsk region. Statistical and legal substantiations of the potential of intersectoral interaction between state institutions and socially oriented non-profit organizations (SO NPOs) providing social assistance to children with disabilities and children with disabilities are given. A sociological study was conducted using a semi-formal telephone interview with experts from the regional state institution and non-profit organizations on partnership issues. Based on the results of the study, a continuous cycle of intersectoral interaction between state and public organizations on the issue of rehabilitation of children with disabilities and children with disabilities was developed. Methodological recommendations for improving this interaction in terms of grant technology and evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of SO NPOs are proposed. The social effects of the implementation of this development are revealed.
