Демьянов author’s approach to solving the problem of housing provision by using the model of “the balanced system of indicators” in terms of discrepancy of the initial data to the normal law of distribution. In order to solve the problem, it is proposed to use the method of calculating needed amounts of the housing stock reproduction based on using the Student inverse distribution method that allows, on the basis of retrospective data that do not meet the terms of the normal distribution law, to determine adequate values of indicators by introducing them into the developed model on order to obtain the needed amounts of housing reproduction in the country.
