В работе показаны разработанные алгоритмы и реализация их в виде программноинформационного комплекса для диагностики состояния органичной системы по ее изображению на примере определения состояния стопы человека. В работе представлены основные этапы диагностики состояния органичной системы и основные подходы к реализации их на примере диагностики состояния стопы человека. Исследование морфофункционального состояния стопы было проведено у 298 студентов обоего пола Волгоградской государственной академии физической культуры, проходивших обучение по различным спортивным специализациям. Наибольший показатель продольного плоскостопия отмечен у мужчин по специализации “тяжелая атлетика”, а у девушек – по специализации “метание предметов”. Наименьший коэффициент К выявлен у пловцов обоего пола The purpose of the work was development of the algorithms and their realization in the form of the program and information complex for diagnostics of the condition of the organic system in according to its image on the example of definition of the condition of the human foot. The main stages of diagnostics of the condition of the organic system and the main approaches to their realization on the example of diagnostics of the condition of the human foot are presented in the work. The research of the morphological and functional condition of the foot of 298 students of both sexes of the first course of the Volgograd state academy of the physical culture who are trained on various sports specializations was conducted. The greatest indicator of the longitudinal flat foot is noted at the men on specialization "weightlifting", and at girls – on specialization "the throwing of subjects".
