В статье обоснованы раскрыто обоснование дизайна психолого-педагогического экспериментального исследования профессионального саморазвития будущего учителя начальной школы в условиях высшего учебного заведения и апробация мониторинговой технологии профессионального саморазвития будущего учителя начальной школы в условиях высшего учебного заведения. В процессе экспериментального исследавания осуществлено введение модифицированных интегрированных программ самостоятельных работ студентов, учебного курса "Формирование готовности к научно-педагогической деятельности", внедрен инновационный проект "Творческая мастерская профессионального саморазвития будущего учителя начальной школы", проведены эмпирические исследования профессионального саморазвития студентов в условиях высшего учебного заведения.
