OZET: 10.800 nufuslu Tercan (Erzincan) ilcesinin kanalizasyon sularinin desarj edildigi ve uzerinde Tercan Baraji’ nin yer aldigi Tuzla cayinda, biri akarsuyun baraj golune ulasmadan onceki kismindan, digeri ise desarj noktasinin asagisinda belirlenen iki istasyondan yakalanan toplam 50 baliktan alinan kan orneklerinde hemoglobin seviyeleri ile eritrosit ve toplam lokosit sayilari arastirilmistir. II. Istasyon (desarj bolgesi asagisi)’ da, I. Istasyon (baraj golu oncesi)’ a gore hemoglobin seviyesinde dusme, RBC sayisinda artis WBC’ de ise azalma belirlenmistir. I. station was before Tercan Dam Lake, II. station was after discharge point. 50 fish were catched from two stations and researched haemoglobin values and RBC, WBC counts. II. station compared with I. station haemoglobin level and WBC count decreased while RBC count increased. Key Words: C. capoeta, sewage, water pollution, haemoglobin, RBC, WBC
