This paper aims to analyze the impact of the social responsibility promoted by Universidad del Tolima on graduates as stakeholder. First all, a self-diagnosis stage related to the first steps procedure for University Social Responsibility (USR) was developed. A conclusively descriptive and propositional research type as well as correlational and transversal using a deductive method were conducted. For primary data collection a structured questionnaire, suggested by BID methodology and validated through pilot test by experts was applied. Results were obtained using the factor analysis technique, based on 369 graduates sampled. As a main finding and conclusion associated with these results is : the greatest impact on Universidad del Tolima graduates is the development of a citizen competences (result of an integral education, social projects participation and the relationship between university staff with graduates) reflected on their professional, labor and personal level. It is recommended to research this topic and (USR) management models in other universities in the future.
