〔目的〕本研究の目的は補償的バランス反応であるクロスオーバーステップにおける足圧中心動揺の特性とその制御に関与する足関節周囲筋群の筋活動との関係について検討を加えることである。〔対象〕健常学生17名。〔方法〕分離式荷重計の床反力値からクロスオーバーステップにおける片脚立位期と着地期を定義した。片脚立位期と着地期における足圧中心の動揺量と動揺速度さらに前脛骨筋ヒラメ筋長腓骨筋母趾外転筋の筋電位を計測し単回帰分析によりそれらの関係を分析した。〔結果〕回帰分析の結果片脚立位期着地期ともに左右方向の足圧中心動揺速度と長腓骨筋前後方向の動揺速度とヒラメ筋の間に有意な回帰式が得られた。〔結語〕本研究の結果からクロスオーバーステップにおける足関節周囲筋の活動は足圧中心の動揺速度の制御に関与していることが示唆されさらに左右前後方向別に関与する筋が同定された。
