〔目的〕女性の尿失禁を改善するための運動療法の基礎研究として妊娠中産後1ヶ月までの尿失禁の実態を捉えることとした。対象産後1ヶ月の褥婦560名とした。〔方法〕質問用紙属性生活習慣尿失禁に関する項目合計21質問項目にて実施した。〔結果〕尿失禁があった者は54.5で腹圧性尿失禁が69.8で最も多く次に混合性尿失禁で20.0切迫性尿失禁が10.2であった。初発時期は妊娠期に86.3と多くその中でも妊娠8ヶ月が最も多かった。尿失禁の関連要因としてロジステック回帰分析を行った結果有意差がみられたものは分娩様式初・経産年齢の3項目であった。〔結語〕妊産褥婦の半数以上に尿失禁がみられその発症の多くは妊娠期あることまた今回の結果においての関連要因分娩様式初・経産年齢は共に骨盤底筋群の筋力低下に影響を及ぼすものであり妊娠早期からの継続的な骨盤底筋群の訓練が必須であることが示唆された。
