〔目的〕本研究の目的は運動療法に取り組む外来患者の顧客満足と運動に対する動機づけの関連性を明らかにすることである。〔対象〕対象は運動療法に取り組んでいる外来患者189名とした。〔方法〕顧客満足の測定にはCustomer Satisfaction Scale based on Need SatisfactionCSSNSを使用した。運動に対する動機づけの測定にはBehavioral Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire-2BREQ-2を使用した。〔結果〕相関係数の算出およびカテゴリカル回帰分析の結果顧客満足全体や顧客満足の下位概念は運動に対する自己決定的な動機づけと有意に関連することが認められた。〔結語〕運動療法に取り組む外来患者の顧客満足は運動に対する自己決定的な動機づけと関連するといえる。
