〔目的〕本研究は脳血管障害片麻痺患者における6分間歩行距離と麻痺側・非麻痺側膝伸展筋力下肢Brunnstrom stage深部感覚障害の有無麻痺側・非麻痺側下肢荷重率の関連について検討を行った。〔対象〕脳血管障害片麻痺患者55名で調査時平均年齢65.1歳発症からの平均期間98.7日であった。〔方法〕6分間歩行距離と上記項目の関連についてStepwise重回帰分析を用い分析した。〔結果〕6分間歩行距離には調査項目の中でも麻痺側下肢荷重率が強く6分間歩行距離に関連した。6分間歩行距離300 m以上では36例中34例が麻痺側下肢荷重率80以上500 m以上では9例全てが麻痺側下肢荷重率 90以上であった。〔結語〕6分間歩行距離には麻痺側下肢荷重率が強く関連することが示唆された。
