本研究は健常成人男性15名平均年齢22.4±5.7歳平均身長170.2±5.4 cm平均体重62.3±8.7 kgの左右30肢を対象に利き足と非利き足における足把持力と大腿四頭筋筋力およびそれらの最大値到達時間について比較検討した。利き足の判定についてはボールを蹴る足を機能脚走り幅跳びで踏み切る足を支持脚とした。機能脚と非機能脚支持脚と非支持脚の比較において双方ともに足把持力と大腿四頭筋筋力および最大値到達時間に有意差は認められなかった。本研究では利き足と非利き足の足把持機能ならびに大腿四頭筋機能の優位性を示すに至らなかった。今後別の変数を用いた検討が必要と考えられる。
