The paper presents the results of a study of the effect of physical stress on the white blood of a person. The object of the study was peripheral blood taken from the surveyed men aged 20 to 35 years before and after training. The strength of the influence of physical load is estimated, the content of leukocytes and their percentage distribution in the leukogram. The dynamics of the urgent adaptation of white blood cells to the action of physical activity and its relation to the physical performance of a group of young men who do not have professional sports skills has been studied.
