多孔性ケイソウ土カラムを用いたオンカラム液々分配は, 液々分配におけるエマルジョン形成の分離不良問題を考慮 する必要が無く,分配係数の比較的低い分析対象成分も有 機溶媒相に転溶可能であることから,多成分農薬の分析に 活用されている.我々は,多孔性ケイソウ土カラムおよ びシリカゲルカートリッジを用いた GC-MS法による農薬の 多成分残留分析法を報告したが,合成ピレスロイド系農薬 のような log POW 4.3以上の非極性農薬は,多孔性ケイソ ウ土カラムから溶出されにくい現象が認められていた. 液々分配の基本原理からすれば,本来,容易に有機溶媒相 へ分配されるべき非極性農薬が多孔性ケイソウ土カラムか ら溶出され難い原因は,それらの水溶解性が極めて低いこ とに由来すると考えられるが,不明な点が多い.非極性農 薬の回収率を十分に確保するためには,比較的多量の溶出 溶媒を使用する必要が生じるため,オンカラム液々分配の 多孔性ケイソウ土とグラファイトカーボンブラック 連結カラムによる残留農薬分析法 #
