The purpose of this study was to develop a tutorial for concept learning about electrostatics. The preliminary test of the draft of tutorial was performed four times. On the basis of the results of the preliminary test, we appropriately modified the tutorial and developed the final version. We found that the electrostatics tutorial, which had an integrated system of pretest-worksheet-posttest and was based on the experiment and reasoning, had a positive influence on concept learning.
