Study of current controlled systems and scientific publications has shownthat the architecture of controlled systems, related to the products conversionis based on the principle of austerity and, in general, does not provide thepossibility of implementing a full parametric optimization. The paper proposesto develop a controlled conversion system from highly specialized systems, eachof which performs only one function. The conversion system has the ability ofindependent conversion process rate control, and finished products aretransferred to the buffering system, which provides release of finishedproducts with specified consumer properties and in the required volume to theconsumption system. Herewith, the maximum number of degrees of freedom, whichis a prerequisite for the implementation of the full parametric optimization isensured. The product conversion system structure was synthesized based on theliquid portion heating system is synthesized. The system is presented in theform of interconnected simple mechanisms. It is experimentally found thatsystems with continuous feed - release of raw product are a special case offully controllable systems with the architecture that provides the optimalcontrol possibility. The developed models were tested and examined in speciallydesigned free software constructor EFFLI. Link to the current model of thecontrolled system is available in the text.
