The paper considers the problem of selection of primary teachers of person-centered training models, which achieve the objectives of technological training. These training models based on human interpersonal approach. The subjects are person-centered training models and object - the choice of an appropriate model to achieve the technological learning in elementary school. The aim of the study was to substantiate the theoretical and practical reasons for choosing to appropriate person-centered model for technological education in primary school.
