The use of high vigor seeds may be a strategy to reduce problems in seedling development. An efficient method to evaluate seed physiological quality or accelerated aging test. The objective of this work was to verify the physiological behavior of Enterolobium schomburgkii seeds submitted to accelerated aging. Without testing, 120 seeds were divided into four subsamples and placed in the BOD chamber type, set to maintain constant temperatures of 41 oC and 1 Universidade Federal do Acre – UFAC, Rio Branco/AC – Brasil.
