espanolEn este articulo se debate sobre la vinculacion que establecen los grupos organizados por la vivienda y las personas de sectores populares con las instituciones estatales, las organizaciones no gubernamentales y privadas, asi como, con iglesias a partir de una logica de “sujetos carenciados”. Desde la perspectiva del feminismo, a traves de metodologias participativas, se revisa la organizacion popular y las experiencias de las mujeres organizadas en el ano 2016, con el fin de posicionar reflexiones criticas que busquen propuestas politicas mas liberadoras. EnglishThis article analyses the link that people from popular sectors and organized groups around housing issues, and perceived as “needed subjects” establishes with State institutions, NGOs, private sector and churches. Popular organization is here examined through feminism perspective of women and participative methodologies. Furthermore, the perspective of women that organized themselves on 2016 were also helpful to elaborate critical thoughts that try to produce more liberating political proposals.
