Babiy V. Analysis of the state physical preparedness students when doing rhythmic gymnastics. Purpose: to definition of influence training of rhythmic gymnastics level of physical fitness of students with various techniques carrying out. The materials and methods: teacher testing using the state tests and standards for assessments of physical readiness of the population of Ukraine. Results: comparing baseline level of physical preparedness of students estimated regulatory state tests showed that the girls in terms of significant differences were found. After the experiment, analysis of the results has revealed positive changes in indicators of physical preparedness in all studied groups. Conclusions: as a result of the experiment found that the most effective method of training rhythmic gymnastics is the method of which is predominantly aimed at the development of power abilities.
