Цель исследования — изучить влияние острой массивной кровопотери на свойства мускариновых холинорецепторов и каталитических параметров ацетилхолинэстеразы головного мозга белых крыс в отдаленные сроки после реанимации. Материалы и методы. Эксперименты выполнены на наркотизированных нелинейных высокотревожных крысах самQ цах, подвергнутых 2Qх часовой артериальной гипотензии (АД ср. 40—45 мм рт. ст.). Определяли связывание мQхолиноQ рецепторов с радиолигандом H 3 Qхинуклидинилбензилатом по методу Yamamura и Snyder (1974) и каталитические свойQ ства ацетилхолинэстеразы головного мозга крыс на 40Qе сутки после реанимации колориметрическим методом (Ellman et al. 1961). Результаты. Установлено, что ответ мQхолинорецепторов на нарушение холинергического притока заклюQ чается в повышении эффективности их работы за счет повышения аффинности и направлен на обеспечение нормальQ ного функционирования синапсов в условиях дефицита холинергической медиации. Заключение. Полученные данные позволяют предположить, что подобная отсроченная гиперкомпенсация холинэргической системы в постреанимационQ ном периоде, является избыточной для нервных клеток головного мозга крыс, перенесших массивную кровопотерю и реанимацию и, вызывая структурную перестройку нервной ткани, может приводить к возникновению новых патологиQ ческих процессов. Objective: to study the impact of acute massive blood loss on the properties of muscarinic cholinergic receptors and catalytic parameters of cerebral acetylcholinesterase in albino rats in the late resuscitative periods. Materials and methods. Experiments were made on anesthetized nonQinbred overanxious male rats exposed to 2Qhour arterial hypotension (mean blood pressure 40—45 mm Hg). MQcholinergic receptor binding to the radioligand H 3 Qquinuclidinyl benzilate was estimated by the method of Yamamura and Snyder (1974) and the catalytic properties of rat cerebral acetylcholinesterase on postresusciQ tative day 40 were determined by the colorimetric technique (Ellman et al. 1961). Results. A response of mQcholinergic recepQ tors to impaired cholinergic inflow has been found to appear as the higher efficiency of their performance, by increasing affinQ ity and to be aimed at providing the normal functioning of synapses in cholinergic mediation deficiency. Conclusion. The findings suggest that this late hypercompensation of the cholinergic system in the postresuscitative period is excessive to the brain nerve cells of the rats experienced massive blood loss and resuscitation and, by causing nerve tissue structural changes,
