Resumen El presente articulo es un ejercicio investigativo en torno de la formacion integral por la que velan las Institucionesde Educacion Superior y el papel que desempenan los formadores y docentes en pro del objetivo educativointegrador. Parte de la realidad actual de los jovenes que llegan a las aulas de la Universidad, para vislumbrarel panorama del futuro profesional. Presenta la perspectiva del concepto de formacion integral e incorpora a lareflexion del ejercicio docente y del objetivo final del proceso formativo los valores existenciales de: destino,existencia, libertad, eleccion y muerte, que deriva el autor a partir de su pensar filosofico. Para presentar su posturade valores existenciales como posibilidades de un proceso formativo realmente integrador. Abstract The present article is a reflexive exercise about the integral formation promoted by Higher Education Institutionsand the role that teachers perform in favor to the integral education objective, which comes from the currentreality experienced by the young people who come to the classrooms of the University, conceiving a professionalfuture. This article shows the perspective of the concept of integral formation and incorporates the teaching reflectioninto the final goal for this process the existential human values such as fate, existence, freedom, choiceand death, which are derived by the author from his philosophical thought. In this way, it is shown his conceptionabout existential human values as possibilities for a truly integral education process.
