The article approximates the terms Extended Clinic and Psychodrama, based on the four universals – time, space, reality and cosmos –, aiming at analyzing the clinical performance of the psychologist in the contemporary world. In a way, it can be said that Psychodrama, as a psychosocial theory, can “expand” the clinical practice, once it analyses the microcosms of human relations as the smallest intervention unity, bringing in its genesis a conception of the human condition inserted in the collectivities. The dialogue with thinkers who explain contemporaneity enriches and updates the socionomic knowledge.
