Bulgular: Hemal düğümlerin düz kas hücrelerini de içeren bağ dokusundan oldukça kalın bir kapsülle çevrildiği ve organın, içleri kanla dolu çok geniş subkapsüler ve derin sinuslardan oluşan gelişmiş bir sinus sistemine sahip olduğu gözlendi. Organda korteks ve medula ayırımı belirgin değildi. Lenf folikülleri ve lenfatik kordonların daha çok organın iç bölgelerinde yerleştiği dikkati çekti. ANAE ve ACP-az pozitif lenfositlerin daha çok lenf foliküllerinin kenar bölgeleri ile interfoliküler bölgelerde yerleştikleri tespit edildi.
